The Scottish Government published the LGBT Hearts and Minds Agenda Group report in February 2008. It contains recommendations for the Scottish Government and other organisations, which are aimed at changing negative attitudes towards LGBT people.
The Scottish Government response to the report was published on 5 November 2008.
The Scottish Government funded the development of the ‘Dealing with Homophobia and Homophobic Bullying in Scottish Schools’ toolkit through LGBT Youth Scotland and LTS (Learning and Teaching Scotland).
